1. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

2. CAMARET DESIGN PRODUCTS
Camaret Design is primarily a shop for handbags. Our bags are handmade from natural fibres of vegetal origin. A 100% recyclable, compostable and biodegradable material, non-toxic, solvent-free and hypoallergenic. They can be cleaned simply with a damp cloth.
We offer bags in three sizes: large (30 x 19 x 10 cm approx.), medium (24x 19 x 10 cm approx.) and small (14 x 19 x 6 cm approx.), not including the sizes of handles or straps.
The shop also offers extras for these bags (straps and scarves), as well as bags made of regular fabric (large and small) and various accessories (screen prints, placemats and coasters, cushion covers and hair ties).
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER INFORMATION EMAIL
Camaret Design's production capacity is limited. Our products are handcrafted, made primarily from materials imported from Japan. Occasionally, when one of our models is out of stock, delivery times may be extended by one or two weeks. Therefore, before shipping an order, we always send the customer an order information email indicating the item's availability and delivery time, the cost and shipping method, and payment details according to the chosen payment method.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENT METHODS AND SHIPMENTS
Placing an Order
You can place your order by simply sending an email to camaret.design@gmail.com, or by completing the order form here. In both cases, please provide the following information:

Shipping Costs
Camaret Design's prices do not include shipping costs. Shipments are made via standard mail (unless otherwise requested by the customer). You will be informed about available shipping options and their costs in a separate email.
VAT included
All prices at Camaret Design include VAT.
Payment methods
We have three methods for making the payment:
a) Transfer
b) Bizum
c) PayPal
In the confirmation email, and according to the payment method chosen by you, we will indicate either our bank account number, or our Bizum number, or our PayPal email.
Invoices
If you need a formal invoice, please send us your billing information (full name, billing address and tax identification data (VAT)) to camaret.design@gmail.com and we will send you the corresponding invoice once the purchase is confirmed and completed to your satisfaction.
